All engagements with Asaṃkhya are governed by individual service agreements or partnership contracts. Specific refund and cancellation terms will be detailed in these agreements based on the nature of the engagement.
Before Project Commencement: If you wish to cancel before work has begun, any advance payments may be refunded minus administrative fees as specified in your agreement.
During Active Engagement: Cancellations during an active project will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Payment for work completed up to the cancellation date will be due as per the agreement terms.
Partnership Arrangements: Equity-based partnerships have separate terms governed by partnership agreements and applicable laws.

To request a refund, please contact us at hello@asamkhya.com with your agreement details. We will review your request and respond within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

Any disputes regarding refunds or cancellations will first be addressed through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction specified in the service agreement or these Terms and Conditions.
